It was a real pleasure working with John Rhein at Peak Nine Design! As a first-time homeowner I needed some things replaced and updated, one being my patio door. I had gotten quotes and measurements from other companies, but inevitably bought the door through my own sources. Door arrives, John gets working on installation and we find out that the door is the wrong size (to large). Naturally this caused a wave of emotions and John helped with them all! After being a therapist for a short time he quickly came up with a solution to make the door still work. John worked for 3 days longer until the job was done. He had to reframe the whole door frame and ensure the structural integrity of the house. There were a lot of smaller steps for that to happen, but he made sure it was right! John taught me valuable lesson about homeownership and set a high standard for all Remodelers. John truly understands homes inside and out. He made the process incredibly easy, and his thorough knowledge of the home building process was the icing on the cake. John was very punctual and a great communicator. We would have a wrap-up discussion at the end of each day and come up with a gameplan for the next workday, which was extremely helpful. He always tried to think of the most cost-efficient way to complete the job without compromising the integrity. I have good friends/colleagues that are homeowners, and they were extremely impressed by the work upon completion! John is the best remodeler with a vast knowledge of everything, literally. I HIGHLY recommend him and Peak Nine Design to work with!
